Irix at the Photography Show 2019, NEC, Birmingham
For Irix, spring this year is going to be a very intensive period.
In March, shortly after the CP+ CAMERA & PHOTO IMAGING show in Japan, the Irix team will be heading for a new destination – the 2019 Photography Show at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham, UK.
The NEC Photography Show is the biggest photographic event in the UK – and privately, is very important for the Irix team. This show was the first photographic event where Irix products were presented to the camera world.
Therefore, between the 16th and the 19th of March, the Irix team invites you to join us at the NEC in Birmingham, at booth C81.
Here, visitors will be able to test for themselves not only the well-known 11mm and 15mm Irix wide angle lenses, along with the Irix EDGE filter product line, but also the autumn 2018 release of its new macro lens – the Irix 150mm macro, which just a couple of weeks before, was awarded the world-renowned iF DESIGN AWARD prize.
Just after the iF DESIGN award night, the award will be delivered to, and exhibited, at the Irix booth. There, the Irix team will also be available to answer all your questions about Irix products and photography in general.
In addition, our team of Irix brand Ambassadors are going to deliver several presentations about the art of photography for all of our visitors. So come and meet:
Dave McKeegan (UK) – a professional photographer as well as YouTuber, who will share his experiences about leading the way when it comes to vlogs about photography.
Michael Olatunji (UK) – a young and talented photographer from the UK, who will be making a presentation about discovering cities while travelling and taking great cityscape photographs.
Martin O’Callaghan (UK) – a new Irix photographer team member who specialises in architectural photography. He is also testing our Irix 11mm and he takes it to the limit!
Last but not least, Irix has prepared a special offer for all its visitors.
